Aerobic Participants Reminder... : The fall Leisure Visions has two different start times listed for the lunchtime Cardio-Pilates class Monday and Wednesday. The class is held 12:15 - 1:00 pm as in previous sessions. Sesssion 7 runs July 28 - Sept. 6 (No classes August 25 - 30 due to our annual shutdown week)! You can register for a 5 week session in a class of your choice or purchase a session card and take as many different classes as you would like during this five week session. Annual Aerobic cards and walk-ins are available all year long!!! Change in schedule for session 7: The Saturday 9:00 am Step & Sculpt class is not being offered due to low participation in the past few sessions. If you are interested in a 9:00 am class on Saturdays this fall, please e-mail Mary Ann at mabevan@plymouthtownship.org to suggest a class type.
Land Aerobics Click here for Aerobics Schedule Basic Classes Fit 'N Fifty A combination of aerobic exercise, seated toning exercises, core strengthening exercises and balance and body awareness. Ages: 50+ years. High/Low Impact Aerobics Great for beginner or intermediate participants. Includes a warm-up, low to high routine, body shaping, and a cool-down. Ages: 16+ years. Step & Sculpt Total body workout consisting of basic step patterns followed by strength training and abdominal exercises. High intensity workout! Ages: 16+ years. Tight and Toned Do you want to tone up? Various muscle strengthening exercises will tone you from head to toe. Hand weights and other equipment will be used. Ages: 16+ years. Cardio-Pilates Get the best of both worlds and the most for your effort! Class starts with cardio moves to challenge your aerobic fitness and then grab a mat to strengthen your core and tone your legs and butt. Core Strengthening & Sculpt Isolate and target each muscle group including abs, using various strength training tools. Cardio & Sculpt A workout using steps & weights to burn fat and tone muscles. Class ends with ab work and stretching. Cardio-Kickboxing Enjoy a vigorous kickboxing routine followed by exercises to improve muscle tone and endurance. Premium Classes Pilates
